WHY CHEST?

Chest plays a big role in giving overall shape to the body, because no matter how big and shaped are your other muscles but chest will remain the most visible part of your body and thus if you dont have a good chest you have nothin. In fact chest will be the first muscle that you will notice grow as you workout. Below are the primary exercises that you do with dumbells.

These exercises can be done even at home if you buy yourself the necessary dumbells ,then a bench is all you would require which can be easily made or buy one from a sports shop.I prefer Technogym equipments because they are very durable. For those who cannot afford dumbells and a bench,DONT WORRY,just try to do push ups everyday, increasing the count from 20 to 200 and then so on,you will get a very good chest in a matter of months if you do it regularly and you can take my word for that. But make sure you don take more than 30 secs break between two sets even if you get 5 reps in a set.The mantra is-"JUST PUSH YOURSELF".

Below are the list of exercises and their methods of performing.

FLAT CHEST PRESS

1. Lying flat on bench, hold the dumbells directly above chest, arms extended.

2. Lower dumbells to chest in a controlled manner

3. Press dumbells to starting position and repeat

4. Avoid locking elbows.

INCLINE CHEST PRESSES

1. Adjust bench to an incline of 30 to 45 degrees.

2.Repeat as as above.
